Customize your forms by showing only the form fields that are relevant to you

How to select the form fields you want
To specify which fields are shown when you create a totally new session, simply check a few check boxes. Here are the check boxes for the History of Present Illness :

Once a session has been created you can still modify, add, or remove fields. To do so, simply click on the arrow in the upper left corner...
