What case name should I use?
While you can use any case name you choose, we suggest that you follow these
rules:
- If you are treating a medical condition, use the condition's name as
the case name. You might want to include the date of onset of the condition
as well. For instance:
- Frozen Shoulder 2/28/15
- TMJ 2/28/15
- If you are treating medical conditions which originated in
an accident, use a short descriptor of the accident followed by the date of
the accident such as:
- Motor Vehicle Accident 2/28/15.
- MVA 2/28/15
- If you are a Massage Therapist providing some massage sessions that are
not meant to treat any specific medical condition (a.k.a. wellness
massages), create a case named Wellness. Group all wellness massage sessions under this
Wellness case. The main advantage of naming such a case
Wellness is that WinCity will automatically suggest that sessions
belonging to this case use the shorter Wellness chart type.
