Each soap book has a its own set of usernames and passwords. Each time you create a new SOAP book, you have to specify the usernames and passwords it allows.
You can give multiple employees access to your SOAP Book, each one with their own username and password. All employees can reset their own passwords.. Employees who have their Can Add New Employees and Modify All Current Employee Information checkbox checked can also reset other employees' username and password. We'll call such employees "Administrators"
If you are part of a practice with multiple therapists, make sure that more than one person is an administrator. If you only have one administrator and this person forgets their password or becomes unavailable, you will no longer be able to add or remove employees. Don't let this happen to you.
If you are the only employee of your practice, you might consider creating two usernames and passwords for yourself.
