I got a new computer. What should I do?

If you have only one computer running WinCity SOAP Notes:

1. Simply move the folder that contains your SOAP Book from your old computer to your new computer.
   It is important that you move not only the SOAP Book but also the entire folder that contains it as well as all the subfolders.
2. Install WinCity SOAP Notes 2.0 on your new computer.
3. Open WinCity SOAP Notes 2.0 on your new computer
4. Click on the File menu
5. Click on the Open SOAP Book… menu item
6. Select your SOAP Book
7. Click the OK button.

If you have multiple computers running WinCity SOAP Notes that are all sharing the same SOAP Book:

If you want to replace the computer that contains the SOAP Book:

1. Simply move the folder that contains your SOAP Book from your old computer to your new computer.
   It is important that you move not only the SOAP Book but also the entire folder that contains it as well as all the subfolders
2. Make sure to share the folder that contains your SOAP Book with the other computers that are supposed to access it.
3. From each computer on your network that needs to access your SOAP book:

   A. Open WinCity SOAP Notes 2.0
   B. Click on the File menu
   C. Click on the Open SOAP Book… menu item
   D. Select the SOAP Book you shared on step 2
   E. Click the OK button.

If you want to replace a computer that does not contain the SOAP Book:

1. Install WinCity SOAP Notes 2.0 on your new computer.
2. Open WinCity SOAP Notes 2.0 on your new computer
3. Click on the File menu
4. Click on the Open SOAP Book… menu item
5. Select your SOAP Book that is shared by one of your networked computers
6. Click the OK button.
