If you are using Windows 10, you can print your
SOAP Notes to the printer called "Microsoft Print to PDF". This will create
a PDF file that you can then email or upload.
If you are using Windows 7 or Windows 8, you would have to get a 3rd party PDF printer to achieve the same result.
