How to add a "version 1" style (flat) body picture

To get a body picture that looks like the ones you got in WinCity SOAP Notes or WinCity Physical Therapy SOAP Notes:

1. View an existing session
2. Click on the Palpation tab
3. If necessary, scroll the body picture section into view
4. Click on the "+" tab
   
5. Select the "Flat (2D)" option in the Add a New Image dialog
   
6. Click on the OK button
