How to View an Existing Referring Health Care Provider

To view a referring health care provider:

1. Click on the Referring Providers tab
2. Locate the Health Care Provider Tab
3. In the the Health Care Provider Tab, next to the Health Care Provider : label,
   • Enter the name of an existing health care provider and press the ENTER key on your keyboard,
     
   • Or click on the down arrow and select the health care provider name of your choice
