How to Add a New Referring Health Care Provider

To add a new referring health care provider:

1. Click on the Referring Providers tab
2. Locate the Health Care Provider Tab
3. In the the Health Care Provider Tab:
   • Next to the Health Care Provider : label, enter the name of a new referring health care provider and press the ENTER key on your keyboard
     
   • OR click the "+" button and follow the on screen instructions
