In various contexts, WinCity SOAP Notes will present you with a dialog allowing you to choose some severity value, such as this:
WinCity SOAP Notes supports the following severity scales:
- The LMS scale has the following values: L-, l, L+, M-, M, M+, S-, S, S+. 'L' stands for Low, 'M' stands for Moderate and 'S' stands for Severe.
- The PFGN scale has four values, P, F, N and G, which respectively stand for Poor, Fair , Good and Normal
- The Zero To Five scale encompasses six values going from 0 to 5.
- The One To Five scale encompasses five values going from 1 to 5.
- The Zero To Ten scale encompasses eleven values going from 0 to 10.
- The One To Ten scale encompasses ten values going from 1 to 10.
When a new session is created, if it is based on a previous session, then it will use that previous session's severity scale setting.
If it is not based on a previous session, then it will get its severity scale setting from the logged in employee's severity scale preference settings.
