Body pictures and severity

Whenever you add symbols such as pain, tender point, adhesion, etc... to a body drawing, you can be automatically asked to add a severity rating next to the symbol.

How to be automatically asked for a severity rating when adding symbols to the body drawings

  1. Make sure you have opened a SOAP Book
  2. Click on the Practice tab
  3. Click on the Employees tab
  4. Select your name in the Employee tab
  5. Click on the Employee Preferences tab
  6. Click on the General tab
  7. Check the “Ask for severity when adding symbols to the body drawings” checkbox

How not to be asked for a severity rating when adding symbols to the body drawings

  1. Make sure you have opened a SOAP Book
  2. Click on the Practice tab
  3. Click on the Employees tab
  4. Select your name in the Employee tab
  5. Click on the Employee Preferences tab
  6. Click on the General tab
  7. Uncheck the “Ask for severity when adding symbols to the body drawings” checkbox
