Your clients' SOAP Notes will be stored in a file called a SOAP Book.
You will be able to add your own files to your clients' records. This will allow you to store documents such as client headshots, acknowledgments of notice privacy practices, X-Rays, forwarded medical records, doctor referrals, intake forms, etc. along with the SOAP Notes. These documents will not be part of the SOAP Book itself. They will be stored in a subfolder located in the folder that contains the SOAP book.
