Are They Patients or Clients?

Whether you call the people who use your services "clients" or "patients" is up to you... and the law.  If you are not sure which term you should use, consult the local branch of your professional organization.

If you live in the United States of America:

•  If you are a Massage Therapist, you might consult with your local AMTA chapter for instance.
•  If you are a Physical Therapist, you might ask someone from your local APTA chapter.
•  If you are a Reflexologist, you might check with your local Reflexology Association.
