How to Hide All Inactive Clients or Patients

To hide all inactive clients or patients:

1. Click on the Practice tab
2. Click on the Employees tab
3. Make sure your name is displayed on the Employee tab
4. Click on the Employee Preferences tab
5. Click on the General tab
6. Uncheck the Show patients whose status is not Active check box
