How to Reset the List of Default Modalities

WinCity SOAP Notes 2.0 uses different lists of modalities depending on your specialty.

The specialties for which we have predefined modalities are:

• Physical Therapy
• Massage Therapy
• Craniosacral Therapy
• Reflexology
• Acupuncture

If you have a different specialty, you can define your own modalities.

To reset the list of default modalities:

1. Click on the Practice tab
2. Click on the Employees tab
3. Click on the Employee Tab
4. Make sure your name is displayed on the Employee tab
5. Make sure your Specialty is set properly in the Employee tab
6. Click on the Employee Preferences tab
7. Click on the Modalities tab
8. Click on the Reset All button
   
9. When asked if you would like to switch to the default list of modalities, click on the Yes button.
